HIRING THE HALL
The Hall can be hired on an hourly basis or for a whole weekend. Simply fill in the form to register an interest and check availability or contact Maggie Percy on 01568 611983.
MAIN HALL
This fantastic space is light and airy, with badminton court markings. It will seat approximately 100 people around tables for a meal, or in rows to watch a performance. There are 17 rectangular lightweight tables and 145 green upholstered chairs available.
MEETING ROOM
Leading from the main hall is a separate Meeting Room, suitable for small gatherings of up to 25 people.
KITCHEN
At one end of the hall is the very well equipped Kitchen and Bar area. There is a large catering gas cooker, two fridges, one freezer, a commercial dishwasher and a two tier stainless steel catering table for food preparation. It also has a hot water urn, microwave, and kettle.
A serving hatch opens onto the main hall. There is an adequate supply of matching cups, saucers, plates, glass water jugs, beer and wine glasses, tea and coffee pots and cutlery.
Caterers can bring their own cookware, cutlery and glasses if preferred.
GROUNDS
The Hall has its own area of grounds, with a lawn surrounded by fields and an outdoor patio area.
RATES
Below is the scale of charges for hiring the hall if you live in the Luston Group Parish and your name is on the electoral roll. Others pay 25% extra. These rates are by the hour.

If the whole building is hired for a weekend (Friday 6pm - Sunday Midnight), a round sum of £280 will be charged for the two nights. Extra nights are charged at £150 a night. Setting-up and clearing-up times are charged for by the hour.
There will be a minimum charge for any one hire of two hours.
