About The Event

Singer-cellist Bonnie and Shrewsbury-born accordionist Pete were on their debut International tour in New Zealand with their van “Brian” when the pandemic hit. Happily stranded, they committed to the nomadic ‘Life of Brian’, performing inside the Kiwi bubble for 2 years before it burst and they returned home. The pair mix vivid storytelling with eclectic sounds, drawing on their diverse musical tastes and weaving them into an action-packed narrative of folky goodness. Once reviewed as "a duo with the sound of a 5 piece", they indulge in their multitasking ability to create a sound far larger and more diverse than you might expect.
